New textile fiber.

With the increase of people’s awareness of environmental protection and health care, people’s pursuit of health and quality of life is getting higher and higher, and the demand for fabrics with multiple health care functions in health care clothing is also increasing. The editor introduces several new textile fibers.
Coconut charcoal fiber
Coconut carbon fiber is an environmentally friendly fiber. It heats the fiber of the coconut shell to 1200 ℃ to generate activated carbon, which is then mixed with polyester and added other chemicals to make coconut carbon masterbatch, which is diluted with polyester as a carrier. Draw into coconut charcoal long fiber and short fiber. Coconut carbon fiber has become a new member of the environmental protection and health-care fiber family.

Because the coconut charcoal fiber contains coconut charcoal particles, it remains active after being made into clothing, and has health care effects on the human body such as activating cells, purifying blood, eliminating fatigue, and improving allergies; the special-shaped three-leaf structure makes coconut charcoal fiber extremely strong Absorption capacity, the final product can absorb and deodorize chemical gases such as human body odor, oily smoke, toluene, ammonia, etc.; the far-infrared emission rate of coconut charcoal fiber is as high as 90%, which can promote blood circulation and improve the human environment; Coconut charcoal forms a porous and water-permeable surface, which can quickly absorb a large amount of moisture, quickly diffuse and volatilize, ensure a dry and breathable effect, and give people a warm and comfortable environment and feeling of taking.

The fabric is woven with coconut charcoal fiber. The fiber contains coconut charcoal particles and remains active after being made into clothing. The coconut charcoal in the fiber forms a porous surface that can absorb odors, and has moisture resistance, deodorization, and Health functions such as ultraviolet rays.

Hemp fiber

Hempcell fiber is a new, healthy, fashionable, environmentally friendly, ecological textile fiber that can breathe naturally.

Hempcell fiber is a new type of cellulose fiber made by processing natural plant fiber jute. The fiber is produced by a special process, in addition to maintaining the original characteristics of natural hemp fiber, such as antibacterial, mildew-proof, fast moisture absorption, ventilation and moisture removal, it also has the advantage of adjusting the size and length according to the textile demand, and has good drape. The fabric made of the fiber due to its unique cross-sectional shape has the characteristics of smooth, fine and soft hand, bright color, full fabric and smooth texture.

Air conditioning fiber

Air-conditioning fiber technology was developed by NASA for the moon landing program. The purpose is to make moon landing clothing for astronauts, including gloves, socks, underwear, etc., and later developed to be used in ordinary clothing, especially outdoor clothing, including ski shirts, pants, sweaters, etc.

Air-conditioning fiber is a new type of “smart” fiber. It was successfully developed in 1988, first used for commercial purposes in 1994, and used in outdoor clothing in 1997. It is now widely used in fashion and bedding. Air-conditioning fiber technology is mainly used in acrylic fiber, with a length of 51 mm, ranging from 60 mm to 110 mm, which can be used for loose fiber and top. The principle of air-conditioning fiber: use the heat absorption and exothermic function produced by the phase change of the object. For example, when water becomes water vapor, it will definitely absorb heat. We call it a phase change reaction.

For example, the air-conditioning fibers such as 0utlast used by American Aerospace Technology and Onwent of China use solid-liquid transformation to achieve the functions of heat absorption and heat release. PCM (nano microcapsule) is implanted in the fiber production process. In the fiber, when the temperature reaches a certain value, the capsule undergoes a physical transformation (solid to liquid) to realize the functions of heat absorption and heat release.

charcoal fibre

Bamboo charcoal is known as the “black diamond” and is known internationally as the “new guardian of environmental protection in the 21st century”. It takes moso bamboo as the raw material, adopts the new calcination process and new technology of pure oxygen, high temperature and nitrogen barrier time delay, so that the natural micropores of bamboo charcoal are more refined and honeycomb, and then combined with the honeycomb microporous structure trend. Ester modified chips are made by melt spinning. The biggest difference of the fiber is that each bamboo charcoal fiber has a honeycomb-like microporous structure that penetrates inside and outside. This unique fiber structure design can make 100% of the functions of bamboo charcoal play out. The birth of this multi-functional bamboo charcoal fiber is a revolutionary innovation of textile multi-functional raw materials.

Cupra

Copper ammonia fiber is a kind of regenerated cellulose fiber. It is made by dissolving natural cellulose materials such as cotton linters in a concentrated ammonia solution of copper hydroxide or alkaline copper salt to form a spinning solution. In the coagulation bath, the copper ammonia Cellulose molecular chemicals are decomposed to regenerate cellulose, and the resulting hydrated cellulose is post-processed to obtain cupra. The cross-section of cupro-ammonia fiber is round and has no skin core structure. The fiber can withstand high stretching and the produced monofilament is thinner, so the fabric feels soft, has a soft luster, and has a silky feel.

The hygroscopicity of cupro fiber is close to that of viscose fiber, and its regular moisture regain is 11%. Under normal atmospheric conditions, the moisture regain rate can reach 12% to 13%. Under the same dyeing conditions, the dyeing affinity of cupro fiber is more viscous. The rubber fiber is large and the color is darker. The dry strength of copper ammonia fiber is close to that of viscose fiber, but the wet strength is higher than that of viscose fiber, and the abrasion resistance is also better than that of viscose fiber. Because the fiber is soft and the luster is suitable, it is often used as high-grade silk or knitted fabrics. Its wearing performance is relatively good, good moisture absorption, great drape, wearing performance similar to silk, in line with the trend of environmental protection clothing.

Rare Earth Luminous Fiber

Rare earth luminous fiber is a new functional and environmentally friendly material made of rare earth luminescent materials. The fiber is made of spinning raw material as a matrix, and uses long afterglow rare earth aluminate luminescent material, and is made into luminous fiber by special spinning. The luminous fiber absorbs visible light for 10 minutes, can store light energy in the fiber, and continue to emit light for more than 10 hours in the dark.

When there is light, the luminous fibers show various colors, such as red, yellow, green, blue, etc. In the dark, luminous fibers emit various colors, such as red light, yellow light, blue light, and green light. The luminous fiber is colorful and does not need to be dyed. It is an environmentally friendly and efficient high-tech product.
